the room was massive and really comfy, i asked for a room close to my mum's since she's disabled and they did that for me. breakfast was nice and the staff were super lovely. love the character of the building too, made it feel quite special. would totally recommend this place!

Spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room and it was pretty chill. The views are awesome and breakfast was really filling for just £69 a night. Only bummer was the TV kept glitching, which was frustrating. The bar's nice though, and the terrace is perfect for sunny days. Avoid the restaurant if you're picky with meals.

Request a room away from the bar area to ensure a quieter night, especially during weekends.

great park and dining options within walking distance

I really enjoyed my stay, especially since the hotel was only a few steps from il capo and a short walk to beautiful viewpark gardens, making it perfect for my weekend strolls. the bar area was also inviting and busy, adding to the hotel’s charm. single travelers will appreciate a comfortable bed and continental breakfast that caters to a variety of tastes, though there were some minor cleanliness issues in my room.

This place was just a strong match for a temporary stay in Uddingston with outstanding value for money. The full Scottish breakfast was excellent and filled me up for the day. If you like a good breakfast, definitely check it out.
